Skiing, bobsleigh, sledding, snowtubing, a cable car ride and a quiet walk by the water — about 2–2.5 hours from Prague by private Mercedes-Benz.
Every activity on this page depends on the weather. Snow cover, wind and temperature decide whether the slopes, the bobsleigh run, sledge runs, snowtubing and cable cars are open, and operators can delay, shorten or close at short notice. Check the operators' live status on the morning of your trip. Your driver can adjust the plan on the day, but we cannot guarantee any single activity.
The road into the Krkonoše can be slow when it snows, and parking near the lifts fills up on good days. A private driver handles the journey and the mountain road, drops you close to the lifts, waits or collects you when you have had enough and brings you back to Prague — so you can ski, sled and warm up without watching the clock.
Several linked areas — Svatý Petr, Medvědín, Horní Mísečky and Labská — with around 25 km of slopes for all levels. Lift passes and equipment are booked with the operators.
The Medvědín cable car takes you up to about 1,235 m for panoramic views, and a chairlift at Svatý Petr climbs to Pláň. You do not need to ski to enjoy the view.
A roughly 1.4 km bobsleigh track at Hromovka with tight curves and tunnels, open all year when the weather allows — a good choice for families and non-skiers.
Sledge runs suit all ages. Which ones are open depends on snow, so ask us before your trip.
Sliding down the slope on an inflatable tyre, at Bedřichov and at Svatý Petr — easy, fun and suitable for most ages.
A calm winter walk beside the frozen Labe reservoir (Labská přehrada) in the valley above the town, a quiet counterpart to the slopes. Stay on the shore and marked paths and never step onto the ice.
